We eat a lot of Asian food and this Sticky Pork with an Asian Slaw didn't disappoint. It was really quick to prepare and cook and even though I needed to pay full price for the pork steaks because there was nothing in the yellow sticker section, it still came in at under a fiver for all of us.

Another day and another slow cooker meal! I had never cooked BBQ ribs in a slow cooker before and WOW WOW WOW, they melted in the mouth and because it was so simple to make, we got to spend all day having fun, without me having to worry about cooking.

With the six monthly family visit to the dentist after school today I needed something fairly quick and easy to cook on our return. I already had the pork from a yellow sticker haul last week. So grabbed that out off the freezer this morning.

These Greek pork kebabs can be cooked on a BBQ, but the weather isn't quiet there yet, so I used the grill in the oven instead today.

The kids had been on at me for a while to have pork ribs again. So tonight's meal was going to be sticky and sweet pork ribs, still on the rack and it didn't disappoint.

Pork ribs, do take a while to cook. However, this recipe takes no time to prepare, leaving you more time to relax while the oven does the work.

I didn't price up this recipe because we were given the pork ribs by a neighbour. I have seen them in the yellow sticker section of the supermarket, but realistically we probably wouldn't have had these if we needed to pay the full price. So tonight's meal was a bit of a treat.

Another quick and easy meal from the BBC Good Food Magazine. This would make a great lunch, or as part of a dinner with other bits perhaps. I had everything for this dish except the lettuce, so really cheap for me. However all in you shouldn’t be paying much more than £4 for this meal.
