Ingredients

  • 300 g Sausage Meat
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 tbsp Onion Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • American Mustard
  • 1 Apple, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • I needed quick and simple and thats what I got. I divided the sausage meat into four equal portions and flattened them in to burger shapes. These where then fried for about 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally until cooked.
  • I cut the buns in half and little toasted.
  • I then began the burger building process. On the bottom half of the bun, I started by spreading some of the onion chutney, followed by the burger patty, then a couple of slices of the apple. Finally the mayo and American mustard. Before placing the top half of the bun.
  • I served this with homemade potato wedges, Chucky homemade slaw and a side salad dressed with balsamic vinegar. The whole dish came in at well under a fiver and was ready in no time at all, leaving me more time to listen to the middle boy put in the preparation for his big day tomorrow.
