Sticky Pork with Asian Slaw

We eat a lot of Asian food and this Sticky Pork with an Asian Slaw didn’t disappoint.

It was really quick to prepare and cook.  Although I needed to pay full price for the pork steaks because there was nothing in the yellow sticker section. It still came in under a fiver for all of us.

This is another recipe perfect for a busy midweek meal, quick to cook and tasty enough for the kids to be asking for more.

Using just a few ingredients you can get this delicious dinner to the table in less than 15 minutes and it only costs a few pounds to feed the entire family. Family life seems to take over rather quickly. We never seem to have enough time. I'm either running about after the kids or helping them out with homework. A midweek meal needs to not only be delicious and affordable. It needs to be quick and easy to prepare and cook. Most parents, myself included, don't have time to be in the kitchen for hours on end every night. Check out my latest affordable and homecooked recipe here.
