Easy Potato Wedges

Cooking easy potato wedges that never fail has never been easier. Jump to the recipe below to check out my latest addition to the site.

Rather than buying frozen chips or wedges why not make your own? They go well with lots of different meals or can be devoured as a healthy snack too.

This recipe for easy potato wedges just uses potatoes (normally the cheapest supermarket ones), paprika for a little kick, salt and pepper.

We sometimes like to jazz them up with some grated parmesan or Italian herbs. You can customise them to your own taste without too many boundaries.

Why not give them a go this evening and removed the oven chips from your shopping list next week? Once you have tried them you will never go back to the frozen processed ones again.
