Easy Potato Wedges   Yum

Perfect as a snack, lunch  or accompaniment to a meal. These are super easy and very cost effective.

  1. Chop potatoes into wedge shapes
  2. Par boil for about 6 mins, drain and then chuck on oven tray
  3. Sprinkle a little salt, oil and paprika (to taste )over and toss together
  4. Chuck in the oven on 180 dish for 20-30 mins

Viola! Tasty wedges!
