You may have seen on my social media recently, that the middle boy had been busy in the kitchen and decided to make us some easy fresh bread. I managed to sit him down and grab the recipe from him. As you can see, it looks amazing! I can also assure you that it tasted just as good. Crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Just as it should be.

A really light and fluffy bread. It would be ideal for dipping in vinegar and oil..... mmmmm yummy! This is a really simple recipe for some delicious and easy no-knead bread.

This is a lovely and easy flatbread recipe. Kneading the dough is a great way to get the kids in the kitchen and helping out. The garlic and herb butter is optional, however it does make the flatbread stand out and bring it to another level.

Making homemade bread is so simple. The results are super tasty too. Why not get the kids involved and make it together? We love getting messy together and the smell of freshly made bread lingers for hours after.
