500gChicken Mince
1tspOnion powder
1tspGarlic Powder
1tspSalt
0.5tspBlack Pepper
0.5 tspWhite Pepper
100gCornflour
100gPlain Flour
100mlWater
1Egg
1tbspAmerican Mustard
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and peppers.
500 g Chicken Mince, 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Black Pepper, 0.5 tsp White Pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together the corn flour and plain flour.
100 g Cornflour, 100 g Plain Flour
In another bowl, mix the cold water, egg and American mustard.
100 ml Water, 1 Egg, 1 tbsp American Mustard
Mix the flour mixture with the egg mixture and combine it together.
With wet hands, form a small nugget-shaped ball from the chicken mix and dip it in the batter.
Heat up some oil to around 170 degrees C and cook the nuggets for around 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown in colour.
