Another slow cooker meal. I actually made the meatballs the night before and left in the fridge over night. I went for turkey meatballs because it was cheaper and made a change from beef. Also it is lighter so more suited to spring weather.
This is a great recipe to batch cook and freeze for another day.

1onion, finely chopped 11p
2carrots, finely diced 15p

I added the turkey, oats, paprika, salt and pepper and the crushed garlic into a bowl and mixed together, before making the meat balls about roughly 3cm in size.
Directions
I chucked the onion, carrots and garlic in to a pan and fried for about a minute before pouring in the passata and parsley. I then plonked this into the slow cooker.
I lightly browned the meatballs in the same pan before chucking these into the slow cooker.
I cooked for 6 or so hours before serving with some spaghetti.
