Slow Cooker meatballs with pasta
Another slow cooker meal. I actually made the meatballs the night before and left in the fridge over night. I went for turkey meatballs because it was cheaper and made a change from beef. Also it is lighter so more suited to spring weather.
This is a great recipe to batch cook and freeze for another day.

I love slow cooker meals and this one looks great. I tend to only make one or two different meals in my slow cooker, but I want to expand on that. Going to give this one a try. Love that you also made the meatballs yourself instead of using premade meatballs. Can’t wait to try this.
Thank you. I was the same. I literally used my slow cooker for stews during the winter months. I’m using the easter holidays to use it more. My theory is, chuck some stuff in the slow cooker in the morning, spend more time with the kids during the day, don’t have to worry about dinner in the evening, because it has cooked itself for us…. Happy days!
