After a bumper haul of yellow sticker bargains the other day, I grabbed some chicken drumsticks out of the freezer before the morning school run, in readiness for tonight's dinner.

Instructions
This is a great dinner for any busy parent. It is cheap, healthy and really easy to make. Plus it is delicious. I simple mixed all of the ingredients, except for the tomatoes, in a big bowl. I then Chucked the lot in a and spread it out and chucked it into a preheated oven (180) for 45 minutes.
After 30 minutes of cooking, I added the tomatoes and chucked it back into the oven for the last 15 minutes
After serving it onto the plates I simply drizzled some of the cooking juices over the top. Oh, there was enough chicken left for me to have for lunch the next day too.
