Chicken Wings, £1.65 (yellow sticker)
60mlPineapple juice, 30p
60mlSoy Sauce
2tbspMalt vinegar
2tspGrated Ginger, 10p
1Clove Garlic, crushed
2tbspBrown sugar
2tspPaprika
Pineapple & Chilli Salad (I split this and had one with chilli and one without)
400gPineapple, chopped (fresh or tin), 80p

1Chilli, sliced thinly (optional)
1Red Onion, halved and sliced thinly, 11p

Hawaiian Chicken Wings
Chuck the pineapple juice, sauces, vinegar, ginger, garlic and sugar into a pan and bring to the boil and then simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens a little.
Plonk the chicken onto an oven tray and sprinkle with paprika. Then pour the sauce over and chuck it into a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 25 minutes. I gave it a good shake halfway through.
Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the salad into a bowl and give it a good toss. Once the chicken is cooked, you are ready to go.
