Instructions
Easy, healthy and delicious cabbage
Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok and chuck in the mustard seeds and heat until they start to pop.
Add the garlic, ginger and onion and fry until golden in colour.
Finally, add the cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes until tender. Stirring occasionally to coat the cabbage in the spices.
