My lot have never been a fan of cabbage, so I decided to jazz it up a bit. Since trying this amazing recipe, they now ask for it every week. So, if your lot won’t eat their greens, why not give it a go? It takes no time at all to prepare and only ten minutes to cook.

  • Whole cabbage
  • A tbsp mustard seeds
  • 1 onion
  • A tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions
 

Easy, healthy and delicious cabbage

  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok and chuck in the mustard seeds and heat until they start to pop.
  • Add the garlic, ginger and onion and fry until golden in colour.
  • Finally, add the cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes until tender. Stirring occasionally to coat the cabbage in the spices.
