Another quick and easy meal from the BBC Good Food Magazine. This would make a great lunch, or as part of a dinner with other bits perhaps. I had everything for this dish except the lettuce, so really cheap for me. However, all in you shouldn’t be paying much more than £4 for this meal.

Instructions
Mix the soy, honey, sugar, spice and 1 tbsp water to make the marinade and marinate the pork for 30 minutes to an hour.
Grill or griddle the pork for about 4 minutes on each side.

Put lettuce leaves, carrots, cucumber and sweet chilli on the table. Grab some lettuce and put carrot, cucumber & pork and sweet chilli in the middle and roll together and away you go!
