Using just a few ingredients you can get this delicious dinner to the table in less than 15 minutes and it only costs a few pounds to feed the entire family. Family life seems to take over rather quickly. We never seem to have enough time. I'm either running about after the kids or helping them out with homework. You all know that I try to avoid processed food. I would rather cook from scratch and that way I know what we are eating. Plus, it is a lot cheaper. A midweek meal needs to not only be delicious and affordable. It needs to be quick and easy to prepare and cook. All ingredients are to taste and will depend on your family. You can add as much as you need to ensure that you all have enough dinner
Leeks
Bacon
Soft cheese
Instructions
Super Quick | Super Easy | Super Delicious
Soften the leeks in a little oil before chucking in the bacon and cooking through for a few minutes before you stir in the soft cheese. Then add some cooked pasta (plus a little of the cooking water) and serve.
