The perfect recipe to get you into the Christmas spirit. Make this perfectly spiced mulled wine with my easy recipe.

Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a large pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
750 ml Red Wine,
4 Cloves,
1/5 Lemon (zested),
4 tbsp Caster Sugar,
2 Star Anise
Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool for about 30 minutes, this will allow the flavours to infuse.
To serve, gently warm without boiling and then pour into a mug
