Ingredients
230mlSoy Sauce
3tbspSesame Oil
150mlWater
3tbspWhite Vinegar
1 Onion (grated or blitzed in a food processor)
4 ClovesGarlic (grated or blitzed in a food processor)
4tbspBrown Sugar
2tbspWhite Sugar
1tbspBlack Pepper
Short Ribs (cut between bones)
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl and add the short ribs. Cover and place in the fridge for around 6-7 hours.
230 ml Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Sesame Oil, 150 ml Water, 3 tbsp White Vinegar, 1 Onion (grated or blitzed in a food processor), 4 Cloves Garlic (grated or blitzed in a food processor), 4 tbsp Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp White Sugar, 1 tbsp Black Pepper, Short Ribs (cut between bones)
Heat the BBQ and grill the meat for about 5 minutes on each side. Alternatively, you can cook the meat for a similar time under the grill in your kitchen.
