Chicken Wings Recipe - The kids kids had been going on at me for a while about having sticky chicken wings again. So, I grabbed some out of the freezer in the morning. This was a new recipe for me and really easy to prepare and tasted amazing.
Course Main Course, Dinner, Lunch
Cuisine Japanese, American, Asian, 30 minutes plus
1tspDried Thyme (the original recipe said three sprigs of fresh thyme, but I didn't want to spend 70p on a bag of the fresh stuff, knowing it would go to waste, so I improvised with the dried herb, which I had in the cupboard)

Chicken Wings Recipe The kids had been going on at me for a while about having sticky chicken wings again. So, I grabbed some out of the freezer in the morning. This chicken wings recipe was really easy to prepare. Once defrosted, I chucked the chicken wings into a large freezer bag and then simply added all the ingredients. I gave it a good mix around and let it marinade for a couple of hours.
Meanwhile, I preheated the oven to 180 degrees and placed the chicken wings into a roasting tray and cooked for about 30 minutes.
We had this with homemade potato wedges. But it would also go well with sticky rice. For less than £2.00 it was a fabulous dinner. If you don't like it too sweet, simply add less honey and if you like it spicy add some thinly sliced fresh chilli to the marinade.
