  • I chucked the veg in to a big bowl with the glug of soy and glug of sweet chili and mixed it all together.
    1 Bag of Stir Fry Mix (50p), Soy Sauce, Sweet Chilli Sauce (10p)
  • Grabbing a sheet of the pastry and a handful of the veg mix i rolled once over to form a sausage shape, I folded in the sides and carried on rolling.
    1/2 Packet of Spring Roll Pastry (75p)
  • I heated some oil in a wok and when hot I cooked them two at a time until golden brown in colour. finally i let them cool down on a few sheets of kitchen paper.
