This Spaghetti Puttanesca Recipe is not only delicious, but it also takes no time to prepare and cook. The dried spaghetti cooks at the same time you prepare the sauce and then you simply just mix it together.

After heating some oil in a pan over medium heat, chuck in the onion and cook for about 10 minutes, until soft before adding the garlic and chilli and cooking for about 1 minute more.

2

Stir in the capers, anchovies and tomatoes and simmer for about 15 minutes.

3

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti as per the instructions, then drain and toss with the sauce and the parsley.

I promised quick and easy and this Spaghetti Puttanesca Recipe doesn't disappoint. The kids will love all the flavours and you will love the ease it cooks and the little washing up it generates. Enjoy!

    1. Give it a try, it is delicious

  2. Loving this. May have to change the anchovies for something else but looks so easy. Also loving the idea of eating whore’s pasta!

    1. The anchovies do melt away, but you swap them out.
