Prep Time5 minsCook Time1 hr 30 minsTotal Time1 hr 35 mins

 4 Chicken Legs (£2.37 - Yellow Sticker)
 250 g Cherry Tomatoes, halted (49p)
 3 Large Potatoes, chopped (30p)
1 Whole Garlic Bulb, broken into cloves (30p)
1 Handful Basil, leaves separate and finely chop stalks (30p)
 Drizzle of oil
 Salt and Pepper to season
I added a few pence added for the salt, pepper and oil and the grand total for this meal is £3.81

I simply added all of the ingredients to a roasting tray, seasoned with the salt and pepper and drizzled a little oil over, before chucking it all into a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees and cooking for an hour and a half. I did give it all a bit of a shake half way though cooking too. Also when serving I removed any garlic skin and squeezed out the garlic still remaining in the skins.

How much easier could it get! Leaving me with plenty of time to hear all about the first day back.
