Hawaiian Chicken Wings - This is another fabulous dish that would also work on the BBQ. Or could be pre cooked and taken on a picnic or trip to the park. It is really quick and really easy to prepare and make. Huli Huli Chicken wings originate from Hawaii and as it turns out are amazing.
A little bit of pointless knowledge for you. 'Huli' means turn in Hawaiian and is a reference to an either motorised or manual turning of the grill during cooking.

Hawaiian Chicken Wings
1
Chuck the pineapple juice, sauces, vinegar, ginger, garlic and sugar into a pan and bring to the boil and then simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens a little.
2
Plonk the chicken onto a oven tray and sprinkle with paprika. Then pour the sauce over and chuck into a pre heated oven (200 degrees) for 25 minutes. I gave it a good shake half way through.
3
Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the salad into a bowl and give it a good toss.
Once the chicken is cooked, you are ready to go.
