With Christmas just around the corner, we decided to make some gifts for the little lady's teachers this year. Homemade gifts are always nice to receive and this easy chocolate fudge recipe is not only delicious but also simple to make. Who wouldn't want to receive such a thoughtful homemade gift?

In this part, we made some super easy, chocolate fudge. A great no cooking recipe.

 250 g Dark Chocolate
 25 g Butter
 30 g Caramel or Dulce de Leche
 30 g Cherrys, chopped

Break the chocolate into pieces and chuck into a bowl. Add the butter and zap away until melted, stirring every 30 seconds or so.

Mix in the cherries and caramel.

Line a square baking tray with clingfilm and then pour the mixture in and chuck it in the fridge over night. Then turn it out and cut into little squares.
