Simple, cheap and a lot better than the stuff you find in jars. I needed something to accompany the belly pork I recently cooked as part of my budget Christmas dinner recipe. So thought I would share it with you guys too.
Chuck everything into a saucepan on a low heat, for 15-20 minutes. Give it a good stir every now and again and mash up and break down the apples with the back of your spoon. before finally pouring it all into a serving dish.
