Chicken Wings Recipe
The kids had been going on at me for a while about having sticky chicken wings again. So, I grabbed some out of the freezer in the morning.
This chicken wings recipe was really easy to prepare. Once defrosted, I chucked the chicken wings into a large freezer bag and then simple added all the ingredients. I gave it a good mix around and let it marinade for a couple of hours.
Meanwhile I pre heated the oven to 180 degrees and placed the chicken wings into a roasting tray and cooked for about 30 minutes.
We had this with homemade potato wedges. But it would also go well with sticky rice. For less than £2.00 it was a fabulous dinner.
If you don't like it too sweet, simply add less honey and if you like it spicy add some thinly sliced fresh chilli to the marinade.
