The festive period is now in full swing it appears. So, I decided to do a few Christmas related recipes, that are not a Christmas Dinner. Christmas food that isn't Christmas food! So to start this series off. I have updated the traditional bangers and mash, to a festive bangers and mash. This took no time to prepare and only 20/25 minutes to cook.

1 Pack of 12 Pork Sausages
12 Rashers of Smoked Streaky Bacon
 Potatoes
 Instant Chicken Gravy
 3 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
 3 tsp Horseradish Sauce

1

This is a super easy and hassle free dinner. Firstly I wrapped one piece of the streaky bacon around each sausage, drizzled a little oil over and chucked in a pre-heated oven at 180, for 20/25 minutes.

2

Meanwhile, I prepared the mash potato. When mashing, I added a little butter, a little milk and the horseradish sauce.

3

For the gravy, I made a really thick chicken gravy and added 3 tbsp of cranberry sauce.

4

Finally I plated it up to serve
