- 1 Clove of garlic chopped
- 1 Big handful of basil chopped
- 1 Handful of pine nuts
- 50 g Parmesan cheese grated
- 100-150 ml Olive oil
Instructions
- Add, the basil, garlic, pine nuts and half of the parmesan into a food processor and give it a blitz.1 Clove of garlic, 1 Big handful of basil, 1 Handful of pine nuts, 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Drizzle in enough oil to help it all bind together100-150 ml Olive oil
- Add the rest of the cheese and a little salt and pepper.50 g Parmesan cheese
