As part of my easy midweek meal recipes, I would like to introduce to you this simple, delicious and super quick and easy pasta recipe. Using just a few ingredients you can get this delicious dinner to the table in less than 15 minutes and it only costs a few pounds to feed the entire family. Family life seems to take over rather quickly. We never seem to have enough time. I'm either running about after the kids or helping them out with homework. You all know that I try to avoid processed food. I would rather cook from scratch and that way I know what we are eating. Plus, it is a lot cheaper. A midweek meal needs to not only be delicious and affordable. It needs to be quick and easy to prepare and cook.
