60 Second Nutella Cookies

60 Second Nutella Cookies

The little lady found a 60 second Nutella cookie recipe over on TikTok, unfortunately, she couldn’t find it again. She could remember the ingredients, just not the amounts of each item. But with a little playing around, we found the correct balance. And when we did find that correct balance the outcome was amazing. The cookies tasted amazing with an extra gooey chocolate bit in the centre. The little lady loved her creation and we have had them several times since. If you are looking for some simple baking to do with the kids, that doesn’t take too long or create too much mess, have a go at this and let us know how you got on. For the sake of this recipe, I will give approximate measurements but have some spare of each ingredient to be able to adjust.

Ingredients

60 Second Nutella Cookies

  • 4 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Instructions

60 Second Nutella Cookies

  • We chucked all the ingredients into a bowl and mixed together. As I mentioned before it may be a little trial and error. The first time we mixed it together it was a little bit wet, so we simply added a little more flour until the correct consistency was found. You are looking for the mixture to form a fairly dry ball, that doesn't stick to your hands.
4 tbsp Plain Flour, 1 tbsp Milk, 2 tbsp Nutella

  • Grabbing a plate from the cupboard, we split the mixture into little balls, about the size of a table tennis ball and placed them onto the plate.
  • Using our fingers, we poked a hole into the centre of each ball. This caused the cookie to flatten slightly and resemble a ring doughnut in shape.

  • Using a teaspoon, we placed a little extra Nutella into each hole, before zapping it in a microwave for one minute. Hey-presto! Nutella Cookies in a minute........
    2 tbsp Nutella

Quick and Easy Pasta Recipe
As part of my easy midweek meal recipes, I would like to introduce to you this simple, delicious and super quick and easy pasta recipe. Using just a few ingredients you can get this delicious dinner to the table in less than 15 minutes and it only costs a few pounds to feed the entire family. Family life seems to take over rather quickly. We never seem to have enough time. I'm either running about after the kids or helping them out with homework. You all know that I try to avoid processed food. I would rather cook from scratch and that way I know what we are eating. Plus, it is a lot cheaper. A midweek meal needs to not only be delicious and affordable. It needs to be quick and easy to prepare and cook. Most parents, myself included, don't have time to be in the kitchen for hours on end every night. Check out my latest affordable and homecooked recipe here.
